Some comments regarding the tennis facilities from our guests in 2007: We have had a perfect week…Penny & John are very welcoming & the setting is very tranquil……but one of the best things from our point of view was daily tennis coaching for all the family by local coach Philippe Lagard – a fantastic coach & charming person!! S K & A J + M (16yrs) & B (13yrs) North London What a wonderful welcome………..the weather turned out hot…..D & J (aged 12yrs) made the most of the tennis every day at least twice…J was also able to have tennis coaching arranged by Penny & John & the tennis court has been used until 10pm when bad light stopped play. S, D & J G, Huddersfield La Tiede was fantastic with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The peace & quiet was really appreciated as was the swimming pool & tennis court where we spent many hot afternoons. Thank you for a very refreshing holiday & we hope to return in the future. At La Betoulle we are fortunate to be able to
offer our guests the services of a local tennis coach – Philippe Lagarde
(see below) has been the tennis coach at the Confolens Tennis Club now
for a number of years & during the summer months he is happy to come to La
Betoulle by appointment to provide coaching on an individual or group
basis during the late afternoon & evenings.
