Angoulême, Poitiers and Limoges.
The estate is situated about a kilometre from the village of St. Claud
which has good local facilities and only 20 minutes drive from Angoulême
where the selection of shops and restaurants is superb.
The area is well served by transport links, particularly the low cost airlines.
