New for 2009: Cookery Courses
| We are fortunate that Mary
Cadogan the former Food Director of BBC Good Food & Olive
magazines is now living full time in our region of France & has
opened a cookery school at her beautiful home on the Charente, not
far from Mansle (20 mins drive from La Betoulle.) As
from this spring in addition to her residential cookery weekends she
is offering a range of 1 day courses for residents & visitors to the
region for the price of 100euros/head for a full day hand’s
on experience including lunch & a ‘little something’ to bring back
to share with your family or friends. She is more than happy to
welcome our guests on these courses, so while your other half lazes
by the pool, plays tennis, goes off to the Adventure Park or
canoeing with the children why not treat yourself to a day of
cooking & eating in agreeable surroundings.
